San Francisco Industry Report: August 2023

During August 2023, we saw 218 large vessels transit 19,337 nautical miles in the voluntary vessel speed reduction zone in the San Francisco Bay. The Whale Presence Indicator was “High” or “Very High” for 31 days during that time.
